The NIU LGBT Studies program ran a poster design contest to promote itself to the general student body.

I designed two concepts as my contest entry. A series of four posters that were selected as the contest winner, printed and placed all over the university. The year after I graduated, NIU reached out to me to use my second concept as their poster for the next year.
